门诊收费划价子系统
摘 要
医院管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强.数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
经过分析如此情况,我们使用MICROSOFT公司的VISUAL BASIC6.0开发工具,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具,尤其是连接ODBC数据源这一能方便而简洁操纵数据库的功能,首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型,然后,对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断修正和改进,直到形成用户满意的可行系统。
该系统的目标是：减轻业务人员的劳动强度，提高医院的医疗质量和管理水平。使医院更好的管理药品、器械、病历，使医院领导及时了解药品、器械的数量、质量、售药情况，住院病人的费用及病历情况，使医院对自身的任何调整在瞬间落实到每个具体岗位！

ABSTRACT
The hospital management system is a typital information management system ( MIS ) , and its developing include two aspects, they are buliding and maintening a data base on the backstage , another is develping an application programe proscenium。
The former requires a data base which has data coherence and integrality. The most important is the data base must security . However ,the latter asks the application programe to has completely foundation 、easy to use and any other charastics.
By analysing this instance, we used Visual Basic 6.0 developed by Microsoft corporation to develope our syetem . It provides various tools which look on objects, especially its foundation of manipulate data base by connecting the ODBC data source is convenient and succinctness。 First , buliding a utility model of the system application in a short time ,and then , carries on the requirement iterate to the initial model system , constantly revises and improves until reach a feasible system which is satisfied to users.
The target of that system is:Alleviate business the personnel's labor strength, increase the medical treatment quantity of the hospital and upgrade the manage lever.Make better management in hospital drugs, apparatus, medical history, make hospital led on time understand the quantity, quantity of drugs, apparatus and sell the medicine circumstance, expenses and medical history circumstances of the inpatient, make hospital to any adjustment of the oneself at practice the each concrete post in a twinkling!
