越来越多的企业与管理者已经相信,以客户为中心是未来成功的关键。借助客户关系管理系统(Customer Relationship Management 简称CRM),企业能更好地了解、服务于客户,改善客户关系,提升管理水平,降低企业经营成本,最终为企业赢得更大的利润。CRM因此成为现代营销管理不可缺的管理平台。
本论文对CRM的现状及特点进行了简单地介绍,并详细地介绍了如何使用
VC++6.0实现一个基本的CRM,其中采用了一些比较有参考价值的技术。

ABSTRACT
Over time, more and more corporations and managers have been confirmed that to focus on customers is the key to success. With the help of Customer Relationship Management (for short: CRM), corporations can know more about the clients, entitle them with better service, improve their relationship, upgrade their management and reduce the cost for management, as a result, to gain more margin. For these reasons, the CRM has become an indispensable platform for present-day distribution management.
This article simply introduces the actualities and characteristics of CRM, circumstantiate the process to actualize a basic CRM based on VC++ 6.0, meanwhile, some useful technologies are included.
