摘 要
本文主要以无锡市建设局退休人员工资管理为背景，详述了建立退休人员工资管理系统的主要过程，并针对整个系统设计中的主体思想及涉及到的问题进行了详细的分析。
文中介绍了该工资管理系统的需求分析、系统分析、整体设计、详细设计、具体编码、系统特点以及系统实现的全过程，描述了工资管理、发放的全面操作过程。对基于Visual FoxPro 6.0这一关系数据库面向对象编程工具进行了使用，对该工资管理系统软件进行了开发。退休人员工资发放系统的总体设计思想为面向对象的思想，程序设计采用模块法和结构化法二者相结合的方法。
退休人员工资管理系统是一个利用先进的计算机及实用的开发软件为基础，以全面实现工资管理的系统化、规范化、自动化与科学化为主要目标， 实现对人员工资的自动化管理。
退休人员工资管理系统的实现，减轻了人力、物力的负担，并为企业进入网络与通讯现代化，做出了一定贡献。
