摘要: 四川石油管理局资阳钢管厂是中国石油天然气集团公司螺旋缝双面埋弧焊钢管（以下简称螺旋焊管）定点生产厂。本文就四川石油管理局资阳钢管厂拟开发的档案管理信息系统进行讨论，按照系统设计的原理和方法设计了档案管理信息系统。主要内容有可行性研究、系统分析、系统设计与实施等。
